  • SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

    • Private parking (1 per apartment and only for direct reservation).
    • Complete bed linen and towels provided at the beginning of the stay at the reception (replacements not included).
    • Use of water, electricity and gas.
    • Final reorganization of the apartment (excluding the kitchen cleaning and the removal of separate trash).
    • Wi-Fi throughout the holiday complex.
    • Relax pool with Jacuzzi overlooking the sea (June-September).
    • Children's big pool with whirlpool to have fun with bubbles and large sun terrace to play (May-October).
    • Sun lounger, deck chairs and umbrellas located by the pools.
    • Table tennis area and indoor playroom for the little ones.

    SERVICES ON REQUEST FEE REQUIRED

    • Daily delivery of fresh bread, croissants and milk.
    • Beds ready set up with linen upon arrival: € 5 per person.
    • Baby bed and / or high chair € 5 / night.
    • Early check-in, apartment available from the morning of arrival day (50% of the apartment's daily rate).
    • Late check-out, apartment available throughout the day of departure until the evening (50% of the apartment's daily rate).
    • Heating and Air Conditioning are independent and manageable by yourself (to save energy, consumption will be calculated based on the actual use detected by the meters).
    • Daily cleaning with change of bath towels.
    • Babysitting service and use of washing machines in the laundry.
    • Apartment with a sea view balcony or terrace with an additional charge: Type B € 15/night ; Type C € 20/night.
    • Small and medium-sized pets allowed max 1 per apartment with an extra fee of € 10/night dog, € 5/night cat. Obligatory rules of good manners to be respected. Big size pets are not allowed.
    • You can also have an "Italian Breakfast in the Bar" based on consumption.

    SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

    • Half Board / Full Board.
    • Kitchen linens (tablecloth, napkins, dish towels).

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • ARRIVAL The apartments are available, very clean and disinfected, starting from 4.00 till 7.00 pm. Otherwise you can book the "Early check-in" (with an extra cost) depending on availability.
    • It is not possible to access the internal parking and swimming pools without first having passed the Covid prevention and check-in operations.
    • DEPARTURE The apartments are available until 9.00 am; it is still possible to stay all day starting use of the pools and all the facilities of the residence, alternatively late check out (on request for a fee) upon availability.
    • DEPOSIT € 150 in cash (refundable on departure). The apartments have to be delivered nice and clean as on the arrival, otherwise we will keep a part of the deposit.
    • RULES OF PAYMENT The reservation is considered binding with a prepayment by bank transfer or withdrawal from your credit card. The balance of the apartment on arrival in cash (after you feel comfortable the apartment) or with an anticipated Bank Transfers that is accepted up to 14 days before the arrival date. Details will be provided via e-mail.
    • CANCELLATION If you cancel, the prepayment is never returned. If your cancellation is notified within 14 days of the check-in, your money is safe, it can be used for an other holiday period.
    • TOURIST TAX is calculated according to the provisions of the Municipality of Pietra Ligure to be paid in cash upon departure.
    • ADULTS AND CHILDREN the number of persons indicated for each apartment is the maximum number allowed. The kids, even babies, are considered numerically as persons and must be in the maximum number of people allowed for each apartment booked.
